The Epoxy Ester Precoat 2213 is intended for use with a Polyurethane Topcoat. The one-component undercoat 2213 offers improved durability and protection when used together with a STEEL-IT polyurethane topcoat. As the direct weldability of the polyurethane topcoat is affected by the use of the undercoat, the use of undercoat 2213 is only recommended for applications where weldability is not a priority. Coverage yield: 4.1 m2/L Recommended dry film thickness: 75 µm To obtain a dry film thickness of 75 µm, a wet film thickness of 205 µm must be applied.
